Are your shoes true to size?
Our footwear generally runs true to size, with detailed sizing charts available for each product. For styles that run large or small, we include specific fit notes in the product description. Remember you have 15 days to return or exchange if the fit isn’t perfect.
How do I care for my Sam Edelman footwear?
Each product comes with care instructions specific to its materials. Generally, we recommend:

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships (within 1-2 business days), you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Standard Shipping uses DHL/FedEx tracking, while Free Shipping uses EMS tracking.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you fast. If you need to modify/cancel, email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate if your order hasn’t entered processing.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We proudly offer global delivery to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Our Oklahoma City team carefully packages each order for international transit.
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Both options include tracking and require signature confirmation.
Will I owe customs fees?
International customers may be responsible for additional duties/taxes upon delivery, which vary by country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my package is delayed?
While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur with international shipping. If your package exceeds the maximum delivery window, contact us at [email protected] with your order number for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be:
  • Unworn with original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt
  • Free of damage or alterations
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
How do I initiate a return?

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
We’ll provide return instructions and an authorization number.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size/color, please return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order.
