Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
  • Final Sale Items: Certain clearance or special collection items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Oklahoma City headquarters using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Custom or special order products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary slightly due to exchange rates
