I love this shoe. They fit like all the other shoes of his. I am always an 8.5. The problem I have is I needed to cancel it but Zappos was closed for the holiday. I did everything a person can do. I email, called and texted. When I finally got a hold of someone she said it was in transit. If they had had anyone checking any of the above it would have been caught first thing. None were answered even now a week later. I’ve not had issues with Zappos customer service before. They definitely need a better policy on this. So be careful and for-warned. It’s not the end of the world and maybe one day I’ll need these but they should have made an exception. Now I have to buy another pair in a different color. Just feeling dumb.
