these shoes are visually lovely however they are uneasy to walk in, the strap lays oddly across the base of the toes and the heel base is so small it is unsteady

Lengthwise, these sandals run true to size. However, the upper strap is way too big for my foot; the one across the toes are fine. The heel height is good… I actually love the look of these sandals (in ‘Chai Cream’) so much I’m going to take them to my shoe repair guy to see if it’s worth it to have the top strap adjusted. I have high arches, normal width foot, and a low instep, so if this is you, you may have the same issue. They are really, really pretty, though, so it’s worth a shot!

Beautiful shoes! Length is true to size, but the straps are way too big. I could stick a whole thumb underneath the top strap, and the toe strap was not as snug as I feel it should be for security reasons. Not sure if this is a width issue, though, as the sole of the shoe itself was fine, it was just the straps being way too long/large. Ultimately had to return. If you have a super high instep (the top of your foot), it might work for you.
