This shoe was so uncomfortable! I ordered it in my usual size (7.5) but got it in wide so that it would be more “comfortable”. When the shoe got here and I tried it on it was huge! I ordered 2 more times and it finally fit (6.5). As for comfort, it made me get blisters on both sides on my pinkies, despite it being wide. I wore this shoe for 4 hours and was so over it. If you’re looking for comfort, this shoe isn’t it.

Not exactly the most comfortable but they’re pretty and good if you don’t have to stand all day.
I kept them because I like how they look, may consider something similar but shorter for a longer day wear.

These are cute and I loved the chunky heel shape and height I usually wear an 8 but these ran so big I couldn’t walk in them. Back they go.

The fit and size were correct. They are a beautiful pair of shoes and I wish I could keep them. When I walked in them, the ankle strap didn’t hold my foot firmly in place. My foot slipped out of place and it felt like I might fall. I will be walking in grass while wearing the shoes that I buy and I didn’t think these would be stable.

These shoes looked amazing and I got lots of compliments. However, their comfort was seriously lacking. I don’t ever expect heels to be comfortable but do feel there are others better than some. These were very low on comfort factor, even with inserts added. I think they’re just designed/built poorly. It’s like the strap isn’t secure enough to keep them connected to your feet and the arch is in the wrong spot/wrong angle. I went through 4 different pairs before landing on the size I thought was best, a full size down from my normal. Zappos customer service was AMAZING. So nice to find customer service be overly helpful these days. Will definitely order through Zappos again.

These are really beautiful shoes. I always order a 1/2 size up and put in some foot pads. So I’m a 6.5, and the 7 worked out fine. They weren’t terribly comfortable, however, I walked 8 NYC blocks in them and survived. Probably couldn’t do more than that.

They are super cute but have no comfort. I bought these for my 16 year old and she said it felt like she was standing directly on the concrete. Gel pads are needed!

As the other reviews suggested, these shoes are long. I am usually an 8W in Naturalizer, so I ordered a 7.5W in these. I should have ordered a full size smaller. However, they would likely not be wide enough. I decided not to keep trying.

The strap hurts, the buckle cuts into your ankle. Cute as can be, but I saw another reviewer said the buckle did the same to them but I thought I would give it a try but it hurt me too.

I was able to wear these to an event where I was on my feet for 5+ hours. The block heel makes these much more comfortable than a traditional heel, but they run narrow and a little large. I am normally a 10 and the the 9.5 was a better fit and I ordered the wide since the strap was very tight across the toes on the regular.

They look great, and even for a tall-ish heel, were easy to walk in. I normally struggle with heels- 80% of shoes will tear up the skin on my feet- these, happily, did not! I did feel like they pinched the top of my foot near the pinky toe a bit, but not enough to cause a blister. Overall very happy with this purchase. I have narrow feet and normally wear an 8 dress shoe and 9 running shoe. These fit true to size in an 8.
