They really need to give the measurements on the calf size on these, it would save time and $$. First I tried an 8 wide calf, the calf was huge and the boot itself felt big and my foot slipped at the heel. Then I tried a regular 7 1/2 and they still felt loose in the foot and the calf was tiny there was no way I was getting the boot over my calves – sizing is just all off. Really wanted to love these!

These boots are an absolute classic. I also have them in lighter suede but wanted a traditional option in black too. I think the heel height is perfect- it’s present (enough to feel special), but not too much (to be uncomfortable).

The boots are beautiful. It’s just that the shaft is too high for the length of my legs.

I can’t believe what they are charging for these boots. The “leather” is cheap…thin and shiny. Sizing seems accurate (at least for me…I ordered my usual size 9) but the material is horrible quality.
