I have already indulged in (5) pair. Elated that Sam is making this pump with the smaller heel. This pump is as elegant and classic as the Hazel and it is very comfortable to walk in all day, definitely a staple. True to size although, I could have gone a 1/2 size larger in the Patent leather. I love that the color options are expanding. Sam, I would love to have these in a beautiful Red Suede !! The Holiday’s are approaching and who doesn’t like a little pop of red on her feet

Beautiful heels in suede with a low vamp. Very versatile and good sturdy feeling construction. I broke them in with thick socks a few days before wearing them out and they were pretty comfortable. No pain in the balls of my feet or heels.

I typically wear an 8.5 but they left visible space behind my heel. The 8 fits like a glove. The kitten heel gives my legs sexy lift without the negative impacts of a higher heel. The insole is cushioned allowing for all day wear. The leather is incredibly soft. I tried on countless shoes and nothing compared to these. I love them!

Fit was good. I ordered this shoe and the Cole Haan Go To Park Pump, both in size 7.5 ( I am a consistent 7.5 shoe). Both are beautiful shoes – the Cole Haan was slightly more comfortable. The toe box of this shoe was slightly tighter than the Cole H and so I returned. This is a really nice shoe though and it was a close contest. I liked the color of the Sam Edelman a little bit better – the nude color is very lovely. I will however look at the Sam Edelman shoes again – very nice quality shoes.

These are NOT leather as described on the listing here. Cute shoe and glad it was on sale because I’m disappointed they’re not leather as expected. I would return if full price. Please don’t mislead customers by describing a shoe as leather when they’re indeed pleather. This has happened now twice for me on Zappos.

The shoes looked perfect, but the toe box was too narrow for my foot. The next size up was too long. My feet are narrow in the heel and wide across the toes, so I struggle to find pumps that work. This one did not.

purchased the Vienna to replace a pair of black heels that were no longer comfortable. I didn’t want the height of the Hazel, so I opted for these. PERFECT choice. They still elevate any outfit from day to night without the eventual discomfort. They fit true to size, I wear a 9 M in all my SE heels, boots and ballet flats. I size down in Loraine (8.5 M) and Linnie (8 M)

I wore these shoes standing, sitting, and walking for 8 hours the very first time I ever wore them, and they only started to be uncomfortable at hour 8. They immediately felt more padded than any other heels I own. I highly recommend. I did scuff the toes while walking, but it was because I dragged my feet. No issues otherwise.

These are both beautiful and comfortable. The heel height is a bit less than 3”, which makes them easier to walk in. The black suede looks rich and classy.

These are the perfect all around pump if you don’t want heels as high as Hazel. I love these and am hoping to buy more colors but a 13 is hard to come by. Please consider making more color variety for us 13s! These were perfect right out of the box…no break-in necessary. I do own 4 pairs of Hazels but they are a bit high for all day at work, so Vienna fits the bill perfectly.

Gorgeous color and heel height. So sad to return though. I suffer from Morton’s neuroma 🙁 and I was hoping these would have enough metarsal support in the ball of the foot. Gianni Bini’s are amazing for that! Sadly these don’t have enough padding. Otherwise love love love these shoes!!
