Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas.
Our Return Promise
We stand behind the quality of our designer footwear and outerwear. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make the return process as seamless as our signature loafers.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Custom or special order products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the new item has a different price, we’ll process a refund or charge the difference
